The “Camino Stories 2025” Contest invites pilgrims, travelers, and dreamers to share their experiences. Whether you’ve spent days walking the Camino de Santiago, explored Croatian Caminos, or embarked on other spiritual journeys, your story has the power to inspire, connect, and uplift others.

How to Enter?
Write and submit your story via the form on our website by October 31, 2025. Stories can be in English or Croatian and must not exceed 1,500 words.

Contest Description:
The stories of Camino participants offer a deeper insight into the pilgrimage experience, emotions, challenges, and inspiration. This contest invites participants to share their unique stories, whether they were lived on the Camino de Santiago, or similar pilgrimage routes.
Entry Requirements:
- Each participant may submit one story via the form on our website.
- Stories can be written in any of the languages available on our website. We will translate submissions using AI tools, though English versions are preferred to ensure the highest translation quality.
- The contest is open to everyone, but prizes can only be awarded to members of the “Via Sancti Jacobi” Association.
Contest Duration:
The contest runs from its announcement until October 31, 2025.
Prizes:
- First Place: €150 + a Panasonic DMC-LX100 camera (pre-owned, excellent condition).
- Second Place: €100.
- Third Place: €50.
Special Features:
- Participant stories will be included in the “Best of Camino 2025” book, alongside the best photographs and artwork.
- The best stories will be showcased at the Association’s exhibition.
